The Consistency Course

Consistency isn't broken by a bad day. It's built in how you respond to one.

A membership for people who are done starting over.

Here's what changes.

Not a fresh start. Not a 30-day reset. The actual skill underneath every goal you've ever quit on.

Where you are now
"I was on, but then I blew it."
Where this takes you
I have hard days and they don't blow up the whole week.
Where you are now
"I'm so overwhelmed."
Where this takes you
I know how to build the structure that holds me up when things get hard.
Where you are now
"I'll start tomorrow."
Where this takes you
I stop pushing everything to a future date. The small thing I'll do today beats the big thing I'll do tomorrow.
Where you are now
"I don't have time."
Where this takes you
I know how to honor what matters most, even when time is tight.
"My biggest win is I'm looking for ways to do it instead of reasons why I don't have to."

Why this works.

Most attempts at consistency fail because people are pursuing compliance and calling it consistency. Compliance is rigid. It's pass/fail. One bad day blows up the whole week.

Consistency is different. It's a skill made up of specific, learnable pieces — how you respond when you're tired, how you talk to yourself when something falls apart, how you build structure that holds you up instead of restricting you, how you know what's actually a priority versus what you've been telling yourself is a priority.

Inside the Consistency Course, we work on those pieces. One at a time. With weekly application to your real life, not a perfect version of it.

"All the things you say are slowly becoming part of how I see things and how I act."

You won't be doing this alone.

The Consistency Course gives you a pack.

Not a community. Not a Facebook group. Not a Slack channel where people occasionally post wins.

A pack runs beside you in the same direction.

It's people who know what you're working on. Who'll tell you the truth when you're sliding. Who won't co-sign your worst story about yourself. Who'll say "let's go" when you want to quit.

Most people are trying to do this work alone and calling it independence. It's not independence. It's isolation. And isolation is one of the biggest reasons you've been stuck.

When you're in a pack, you stop carrying the whole weight of your blind spots, your shame, your discouragement, your confusion. You borrow perspective from people who are running with you. You get called out when you need to be. You get held up when you need to be.

You stop being the only person who knows what you're really working on.

"The phrase 'successful people ask for help' keeps coming to my mind. Participating in this program is one of the ways I'm asking for help."

And every single week

You'll have me in your corner.

Every week, you write me whatever you're working on, struggling with, or trying to figure out. I write back. Personally. Every single one.

Not a form. Not an automated reply. Not a comment in a community thread that gets buried. A weekly check-in window opens, you tell me where you're stuck or what's working, and I respond directly to you about your specific situation.

This is the part of the membership that members say changes everything. It's the difference between consuming content about consistency and having someone actually working through your real life with you, week after week.

What members are bringing me
"I'm continuing to identify permission slips and I created my initial rebuttal for after-dinner eating."
"I noticed when I was choosing old patterns. That's the win. I caught myself in the act."
"My biggest win is I'm looking for ways to do it instead of reasons why I don't have to."

You stop trying to figure it out alone. Every week, you have somewhere to bring it — and someone who responds.

If this is the work, this is the room.

What else is included.

The full curriculum — over 100 short modules walking through every piece of the architecture, organized so you can apply what you're learning week by week.

A private daily podcast from me, Monday through Friday. Two to five minutes. Just you and me, a few minutes a day, keeping the work alive in your ear so you don't drift.

Weekly live sessions — some teaching, some community — recorded if you can't make it.

Eligibility for in-person events I don't open to the public.

"I've really picked up the habit of creating a rebuttal for my excuses. It feels so good to my soul to follow through on what I've promised myself."

"I want to share with you a few 'wins' I'm celebrating as a result of your course:"

1. I've healed my relationship with my husband by consistently providing him the same courtesy I would want myself.

2. I've learned that not everything needs to be a big deal. Small things corrected quickly and without drama never compound, and my stress levels in general have improved vastly from this.

3. If I can do it in 5 minutes or less, I don't put it off until later.

4. I got a new job, for $20k more annually, because I chose to believe I deserved to work for a company that respects me.

"I have so much gratitude for you, the course, the teachings, and myself for investing in me."

"All of that pales in comparison to the amazing changes I've made inside — with my outlook, hope, and belief."
